Luxury Wellness Resort near Jim Corbett National ParkA sanctuary at the edge of Sitabani.

The Idea

The realisation of a dream.

"Corbett KāSā is the realisation of a dream—a space where our deep love for the wild meets intentional design. Here, we don't just host travellers; we immerse them in the very soul of the landscape."

Cradled in the foothills of Uttarakhand, Corbett KāSā opens to the Naina Range and the Sitabani Valley. Built with heritage lime-plaster—celebrated for its durability and natural temperature regulation—every wall here breathes, every room exhales the forest.

Among the most expansive rooms in the region, our suites are a study in quaint-suave design—eco-conscious materials sourced responsibly, finished with the considered hand of a host who has always lived here.

Our Mission

Rooted in a lifelong reverence for the wild. To truly embrace the untamed is to find a mirror of oneself in the forest.

Our Vision

To forge an enduring bond between our guests and the spirit of Uttarakhand—that you carry a piece of Corbett's soul with you, and leave a part of your own story etched into our landscape.

Architecture & Heritage

A tribute to the forest, not an intrusion.

Eco-conscious architecture in harmony with the wild—responsibly sourced, sustainably built. Read how we built it on our sustainability page.

Lime-Plastered Walls

A breathable, living material.

We chose lime-plaster—a heritage material celebrated for its durability and natural temperature regulation—because it lets the building breathe. Cooler in summer, warmer through the night, and softer to the eye than any modern paint.

We finish every wall by hand. The slight variations in tone are part of the character—not an imperfection.

Designed for the View

A horizon line that dissolves into the hills.

From the infinity pool to the wraparound balconies, we built the architecture to step out of the way, and we frame sightlines for the Sitabani Valley, the Naina Range, and the long quiet of the sal forest beyond.

Multiple lawns spread across over 30,000 sq ft—open to the sky, ready for a wedding, a conference, or a morning with a book.

A Tribute to the Forest

Responsibly sourced. Built to belong.

We build every structure with responsibly sourced, sustainable materials—bridging modern luxury with the raw beauty of Uttarakhand. The resort is set into the land, not on top of it.

Two kilometres from the Sitabani Forest Reserve. Open year-round. Close enough to hear the langur call at dawn.
